These classes are an amazing opportunity to awaken your senses, experience your body as movement, interrupt your habitual ways of thinking and feeling, and to develop new clarity, awareness, strength, and liveliness in your being. We will explore different ways to play with breath and sound, sensing, feeling, expressive movement, and deep stillness.
Beginners are welcome anytime.
