Moving Body Resources is a unique space where a diverse group of teachers and practitioners offer private sessions along with group classes and workshops, all supporting wellness and self-healing in the interest of developing more integrated human beings and a more sustainable peace-filled planet.
MBR’s basic philosophy:
We recognize that conscious awareness of one’s living, moving body is essential for developing more efficient, dynamic and sophisticated flows of communication within ourselves, and with other humans, other species, and the entire living planet;
We acknowledge that at all levels of existence living beings are movement;
We strive to create environments for individuals and groups to feel supported in self-reflexive explorations;
We search for endless ways to develop more physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual coherence.
